As the founder of RewardSphere Consulting, Olivia brings a sharp strategic lens and a hands-on approach to remuneration strategies, job design and evaluation, gender pay gap strategy, benefit program design, salary benchmarking and pay structure design, recognition and Employee Value Proposition initiatives.

Olivia's career spans diverse sectors, including government entities, private organisations and complex enterprises, where she has successfully led large-scale market aligned pay structures and implemented reward programs that drive performance and retention. Her ability to distil complex workforce data into actionable insights enables organisations to make confident, sustainable decisions about their people strategies.
